Right after signing the contract, within 24 hours. The dashboard shows your clients, their status, accrued commissions and available bonuses. It also works on a phone.
Can I refer clients from abroad?
Yes. We serve clients from Poland, the European Union and outside the EU. Commission doesn't depend on the client's country. We issue invoices in Polish zloty or euro, whichever suits you.
What if my client switches to a more or less expensive plan?
Your commission changes along with the client's payment. If a client moves from Growth ($225) to Agency ($560), you immediately earn more. It also works the other way around.
Can I be a partner if I use Attent myself?
Yes. Your own account doesn't count toward the number of referred clients, but when you move up a tier, your plan is replaced with the free plan for that tier.
What does "active client" mean?
A client who is currently paying for Attent. Clients on a trial, suspended clients and clients who have canceled don't count toward your tier.
Do I have to pay anything to join?
No. The program is free. You get the Starter plan ($100 / mo) free as soon as you sign the contract.
How do I invoice my commissions?
Every month you issue a VAT invoice at 23% to our company. We pay within 14 days. You can deduct the VAT.
Can I advertise Attent on Google Ads and Meta?
Yes, except for the keywords "attent" and "getattent", which we protect. All other keywords are fine. On the Gold tier you get a marketing budget from us ($2,240 / year).
